At Unisoul Health, we strive to provide high-quality spa and physiotherapy services while respecting the time and commitment of both our clients and practitioners. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which bookings may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded.

By booking an appointment through our website, app, or any other online/offline channel, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

  • All appointments booked through unisoulhealth.com are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • An appointment is considered confirmed once payment (full or partial, as applicable) has been successfully processed and a confirmation message/email has been sent.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details during booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time

→ Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time

→ No refund will be provided.

→ Rescheduling may be allowed at the sole discretion of Unisoul Health.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows

→ Treated as a no-show and non-refundable.

This policy is necessary due to practitioner time allocation, preparation, and opportunity cost.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule appointments once, provided the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours may be declined or may attract an additional fee.
  • Repeated rescheduling may lead to booking restrictions.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within the permitted cancellation window.
  • Non-availability of the therapist or service due to reasons attributable to Unisoul Health.
  • Technical errors leading to duplicate or incorrect charges.

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • No-shows or late arrivals resulting in reduced session time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference, expectations, or subjective outcomes after service delivery.
  • Packages, promotional offers, discounted services, or prepaid bundles (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

5. Late Arrivals

  • Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session, depending on therapist availability.
  • The full service fee will still apply.
  • Appointments delayed beyond a reasonable time may be treated as a no-show.

6. Service Packages & Memberships

  • All therapy packages, spa bundles, and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
  • Validity periods must be adhered to; unused sessions after expiry are forfeited.
  • Medical or emergency exceptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Unisoul Health is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party platforms.

8. Cancellations by Unisoul Health

In rare circumstances, Unisoul Health may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to:

  • Therapist unavailability
  • Medical emergencies
  • Operational or technical issues

In such cases, clients will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling at a mutually convenient time

9. Medical Considerations

  • Clients are advised to disclose relevant medical conditions prior to booking.
  • Unisoul Health reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is deemed unsafe for the client.
  • Such decisions will be handled sensitively, and refunds or credits will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

10. Policy Updates

  • Unisoul Health reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
