At Unisoul Health Pvt. Ltd. ("Unisoul", "we", "us", or "our"), we are committed to providing seamless service delivery for all our wellness offerings. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we deliver our services and products to you.

As a wellness center, our primary offerings are in-person services such as physiotherapy, yoga, ayurveda, beauty treatments, and fitness programs. This policy covers both service appointments and any physical products that may be part of your wellness journey.

1. Service Delivery

1.1 Appointment Confirmation

  • Upon successful booking, you will receive an instant confirmation via email and/or SMS
  • A reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Your booking reference number will be provided for easy check-in
  • Any special instructions or preparation requirements will be communicated in advance

1.2 In-Person Services

  • All wellness services are delivered at our center located at MR1/338, Sunshine Corner, Mahalaxmi Nagar Road, Indore
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment
  • Our trained professionals will attend to you at the scheduled time
  • Treatment duration varies based on the service booked

1.3 Home Visit Services (Where Available)

  • Select services may be available for home visits within Indore city limits
  • Home visit bookings require a minimum 48-hour advance notice
  • Additional travel charges may apply based on location
  • Our therapist will arrive with all necessary equipment and supplies
  • Home visit availability is subject to therapist availability and service type

2. Operating Hours

2.1 Center Timings

Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Public Holidays: Limited hours (announced in advance)

2.2 Booking Slots

Appointment slots are available during operating hours and are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

3. Product Delivery (If Applicable)

3.1 Wellness Products

If you purchase wellness products (ayurvedic medicines, oils, supplements, or wellness accessories) from our center, the following delivery options are available:

  • In-Store Pickup: Products can be collected at the time of your appointment or separately during operating hours
  • Local Delivery (Indore): Free delivery for orders above ₹500. Delivery within 2-3 business days
  • Pan-India Shipping: Available via courier partners. Delivery within 5-7 business days

3.2 Shipping Charges

Indore (Local): Free above ₹500 | ₹50 for orders below ₹500

Madhya Pradesh: ₹80 (Free above ₹1,000)

Rest of India: ₹120-₹200 based on location (Free above ₹2,000)

3.3 Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email once the order is dispatched
  • You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner's website

4. Digital Services & Memberships

4.1 Membership Activation

  • Memberships are activated immediately upon successful payment
  • Membership card/ID will be issued at your first visit
  • Digital membership access will be available via our platform

4.2 Gift Vouchers

  • Digital gift vouchers are delivered instantly via email
  • Physical gift vouchers can be collected from our center or shipped (shipping charges apply)
  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

5. Delays and Service Interruptions

5.1 Service Delays

While we strive to maintain our schedule, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Extended treatment requirements for previous clients
  • Unforeseen circumstances or emergencies
  • Equipment maintenance

We will notify you promptly of any significant delays and offer rescheduling options if needed.

5.2 Product Delivery Delays

  • In case of shipping delays beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.), we will keep you informed
  • Delayed deliveries will be expedited at no additional cost
  • For perishable items, replacement will be provided if quality is compromised
